When it comes to packing the succulents, please know we take pride in packing. The plants will come wrapped to prevent any damage during the shipping process. And as always, we stand by our plants. If there is any issues with the shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Classy Cactus Farm’s story began the summer of 2020 when 9-year old, Hayden, wanted a lemonade stand. Since his parents didn’t think it was the best idea during covid – he came up with succulent and cactus gift boxes.

Today, we have shipped out over 25,000 plants around the United States and have helped individuals and corporations with giving unique gifts. Hayden’s mom, Jill, quit her full-time corporate job in 2021 to help grow Classy Cactus Farm. They started the business out of their home and now operate out of a 20,000 sq ft warehouse and have a custom-built greenhouse. Classy Cactus Farm is now a popular destination in the Nashville, TN area with the Classy Cactus Succulent Bar. Customers can enjoy a seat at the "bar" and create their own Succulent Arrangement with over 100 different varieties of succulents to choose from. Care instructions

Don’t overwater! These little plants don’t like too much water and we recommend watering about once a week OR when the soil is completely dry.

If your plant comes in the original grow pot, it is recommended to replant within a month of receiving your plant.

If your plant comes in a planter, no need to replant unless it outgrows the planter.

Make sure your plants are near a window or in a room which gets a lot of sunlight.

Return policy and Shipping

All sales are final. Once the box has left our hands, we can not guarantee date of arrival. We ship via USPS and UPS and not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS.

Item was shipped to the wrong address

If the package is returned to Classy Cactus because of an incorrect address provided by Buyer, Classy Cactus will refund the cost of the item, but not shipping.

If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, no refund will be made.

How plants are shipped.

Plants are shipped with soil. Please note that it is normal for dirt to shift during shipment. Each plant is wrapped in tissue paper to contain the dirt. We are not responsible for plants that have the dirt shift. This will not hurt the plants and can easily be wiped off.

My shipment says it is delivered, but I didn't receive it.

Please reach out to as soon as possible if you cannot locate the delivered package. We will file a claim with USPS, but also recommend the recipient to reach out to their local post office as well. We are seeing packages marked delivered, but then will arrive a day or two later.

If delivered to an apartment, please check with your front office as many times packages will be left with the front office of an apartment complex.

If theft is suspected, please reach out to your local police department.

WE DO NOT REFUND FOR PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED BY USPS OR UPS.
